How To Invest

 

You can invest in the Funds either directly with us or through an administration service.

Investing Directly with Us

 

Click the "Invest Here" button above and complete the online application form. Our online form will step you through the application process in sections.

Investments into the Funds can be made as a lump sum and/or regular investments. Once you have made an initial investment, there is no obligation to make further payments. Investments of any amount can usually be made, provided the following minimums are met.

 

Initial investment - $5,000
Additional lump sum investment - $1,000
Regular investment - $100 per month

 

If we receive a valid application before 1.00pm on a valuation day, we will issue units at the price set that day. If we receive the application after 1.00pm, we will issue units at the price set the following valuation day. Valuation days occur every business day in Auckland.
